I redesigned Key's platform to improve user experience & engagement using a Design Thinking Methodology, Usability Testing, & UI design.
Also developed was Dashboard, a Verification & Analytics Tool, & an Onboarding white label product that was sold to clients in order to help fund the startup.
The approach was to collaborate with the small team to ensure they were understanding Property Owners needs & wants, & also the Aspiring Owner needs & Wants, in order for us to be informed decision makers, at all levels.
Advocating for Specific User Needs.
Conducting User interviews with Aspiring Homeowners & Property Owners to understand their needs & pain points, such as the complexity of the co-ownership process & the lack of transparency in financial growth.
Synthesized insights to define core user challenges, including difficulty navigating the platform, unclear steps to achieve full ownership, & inadequate tracking of equity growth.

Conducted multiple rounds of User Testing to refine the design based on user feedback.

The focus on verification of potential Tenants was a bottleneck for Key. The employee wasn't able to scan through easily in order to keep up with the demand.
