I love a challenge to bring teams together. The goal of this ideation workshop is to address three core challenges that brands face when running live shopping events on the LiveScale platform:
- Difficulty in attracting & engaging an audience
- Difficulty in evaluating marketing spend & ROI for live events.
- Difficulty in predicting how many moderators to assign for a successful event.

Through a collaborative effort we started to work right away on Rapid Prototypes to understand what feedback we would get from already paying clients.

There was an opportunity to increase efficiency so I created a Design System from scratch for this project to re-using many components for other initiatives.
